SHIPPING UPDATE:

We are not responsible for any delays in shipping due to US Postal Service and orders will not be refunded. Please use the tracking info provided on your order to keep track of your item during transit.

ESTIMATED DATES & SHIPPING TIMES:

Our AVERAGE production time is 7-10 business days (sometimes a day or two early or later depending on our order load). This excludes holidays and weekends, therefore estimated ship dates may vary slightly. You'll receive shipping confirmation with tracking once it leaves our facility. Typical delivery is 2-4 days. Custom requests and larger orders may take a few days longer. We do our best to meet shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.

Keep in mind, the shipping date given on your order summary is ONLY an estimate. We can not guarantee that your order will ship on the date given. Being a small handmade-to-order shop, we can run into unforeseen situations that can affect production and shipping times.
